It is the client’s own responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of a full passport, with at least six months validity from the date of departure, any visas necessary to enter or transit any countries involved in the journey. Visa application forms for Nepal can be obtained from, and should be submitted to Nepalese Embassy in your country. Nepalese visa can also be obtained in the airport of Kathmandu. Visa fee US$ 30 and for 60 days.
Clients should consult their doctor at least six weeks prior to the date of departure as to the recommended vaccinations to be taken when visiting Nepal, these normally include cholera and typhoid in addition to a course of tablets for malaria.
Clients are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance for the full duration of their holiday to insure against sickness, loss of baggage, alteration of travel arrangement, cancellation, or curtailment of your holiday
Altitude sickness, often known as Acute Mountain Sickness (AMS), is a particularly important medical consideration while trekking in Nepal. Altitude sickness means the effect of altitude on those who ascend too rapidly to elevations above 3000 meters. The initial symptoms of AMS are as follows:
All meals are provided for you on the trek using fresh products as far as possible. Indian/Continental and Nepalese cuisine are cooked by professional cooks. Any purchases made by trekkers at Tea house & Campings of additional food or drinks are not included in the tour price.

Sleeping bags : high quality, down/holofyl sleeping bags. b. Sleeping Mats : insulated foam mat to be used under the sleeping bag. c. Tea-house/Tents : two – man, high quality, ground sheets, zipper and provide ample room for two persons. d.
